Private Night Skiing Parties For an even more unique experience, let us turn the lights on for you. The mountain will be all yours for a skiing experience nobody in your group will soon forget. Rates include 3 hours of skiing on the East Mountain, lift tickets, and optional catering and bar services. Night skiing hours are 5-8pm any day of the week.

Group Guidelines To obtain group rates, the guidelines below must be followed.
Minimum number purchased Group rates are based on a minimum of 20 people skiing/boarding on the same day.
How to Obtain Group Rates
Pre-ordered tickets are required. Contact our group office at 800-618-7669 ext. 139 or direct at 970-887-5139 to pre-order your tickets as far in advance as possible.
Order and Payment Complete ticket order form and return to the Group Sales office in the Base Lodge with a $100 deposit.
Orders must be received a minimum of 10 days prior to arrival. Tickets must be purchased and picked up by ONE group leader. One order and one payment are required to receive group rates.
The Day of Arrival The group leader must check in at the Group Sales office to receive tickets. One form of payment is a requirement. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. It is the responsibility of the group leader to distribute the tickets to the group.
Rentals If your group is renting equipment at the Base Lodge, please make sure height, weight, shoe size and ability level are filled out on the Rental Order Form. If given two weeks notice, we will send rental forms to you ahead of time. Please fill them out completely prior to your arrival. Make sure to sign both the front and back of the form. Minors must have a parent or guardian signature.
Refund Policy Deposits are refundable if cancelled within 72 hours of arrival.
Refunds for lift tickets will be granted due to illness or injury with a statement from a physician or ski patrol.
Unused tickets will not be refunded if the number of tickets returned falls below the group minimum of 20 people.
Tickets must be turned in with stub to receive refund.
Complimentary Lift Ticket One complimentary lift ticket will be given for every 20 purchased.
The complimentary ticket will be equal to the age group of the majority of the tickets purchased.
Complimentary lift tickets will accompany original ticket order and may only be used on the same day as the group trip.
